" When it comes to making the decision to sell the home you've loved for over 40 years. It's not something you entrust too just anyone. Years ago, my neighbor and friend Wes Kobylarczyk ventured into the real estate business. When I received that card in the mail, I recall saying to myself "when it's time for us to sell, we will call upon Wes". In January 2024, my husband Paul and I made the decision to relocate to an area closer to his work in Menomonee Falls, WI.
