When it comes to making the decision to sell the home you've loved for over 40 years.
It's not something you entrust too just anyone. Years ago, my neighbor and friend Wes Kobylarczyk ventured into the real estate business. When I received that card in the mail, I recall saying to myself "when it's time for us to sell, we will call upon Wes". In January 2024, my husband Paul and I made the decision to relocate to an area closer to his work in Menomonee Falls, WI. We called upon Wes and Kelly Kobylarczyk and sat down and discussed our options. Considering my late husband and I built our home 40 years earlier, the process of selling and buying a new home was quite new to me and my hubby Paul. Wes and Kelly provided the guidance and resources we needed to make the adventure of searching for a home very possible. We viewed a couple older homes that just didn't seem to fit what we were looking for in our next home. When we located the home in Brownsville it met our desire of being in a small community, close enough to Paulie's employer in Menomonee Falls yet far enough from the "big city" issues. The home was currently in the building process, we viewed it as a "new beginning" for our next chapter. Our continued blessings of working with Wes and Kelly was knowing they had potential buyers that were genuinely interested in our current home in Sobieski, Wi. Their interested buyer made us a reasonable offer on our home, we were able to move forward with the selling/buying process and waiting for the completion of our new home. We scheduled our closing date accordingly and moved along the process with their guidance. We would highly recommend Wes and Kelly for assisting interested buyers and sellers in the future.
